Written complaints and alternative dispute resolution

If a dispute is not resolved through a written complaint, the consumer may initiate proceedings before one of the registered bodies for alternative resolution of consumer disputes in the Republic of Croatia, or use other legal remedies available to them. Governing law

The use of the store and purchases are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia, without affecting the mandatory protection granted to the consumer by the law of the country of their habitual residence, where such protection applies. Court jurisdiction is determined in accordance with applicable regulations.
