Terms of Business and Purchase

These Terms govern the use of the Les Artistes Paris HR online store and the purchase of products from Hydra Life d.o.o. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you confirm that you are familiar with these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Shipping Policy, and the Returns and Refund Policy.

Application of these Terms and customer status
These Terms apply to customers in Croatia and Slovenia to whom delivery is offered at checkout. A consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction outside their trade, business, craft or profession. The statutory rights described for consumers do not necessarily apply to purchases made by legal entities or by natural persons purchasing within the scope of their business activity.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer rights that cannot be excluded by contract under applicable law.
Products and availability
We strive to accurately display product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors, photos and availability. Color representation may vary depending on your display. Minor deviations that do not affect the essential characteristics of a product are not necessarily considered non-conformity.
Products are available while stocks last. If, after you place an order, we determine that a product is not available, we will notify you without delay and offer an appropriate solution or a full refund of the amount paid for the unavailable product.
Prices and promotions
Prices are stated in euros and include applicable taxes where required. Shipping costs and any other applicable charges are shown separately before final order confirmation.
For orders under €60.00, shipping costs €4.90. For orders of €60.00 or more, shipping is free. The threshold is calculated on the product value after discounts, before the shipping cost.
The terms of sales, discount codes, gifts and other benefits apply as stated with each individual promotion. Discounts are not combined unless expressly stated otherwise.
In the event of an obvious error in price or description, we will contact you before delivery to confirm the correct information. If you do not accept the correction, we will cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
Ordering process and formation of the contract
You select products and add them to your cart. Before submitting your order, you can review and correct the products, quantities, delivery and billing details, R1 information, and the final price.
By clicking the button confirming your obligation to pay, you submit a binding order. Upon receipt, we send an electronic confirmation to the email address you provided. The contract is considered concluded when you receive the order confirmation, except in the case of an obvious error, product unavailability, failed payment, or a justified suspicion of fraud, of which we will notify you.
Please check your order confirmation and report any errors to info@hydralife.hr immediately.
Payment methods
Payment is made through secure Shopify checkout, using methods that are activated and shown to the customer at the time of purchase. Shopify Payments for the Croatian store supports:
- Visa;
- Mastercard;
- American Express;
- Apple Pay;
- Google Pay;
- Shop Pay;
- additional local payment methods only when activated, when the customer is eligible, and when shown by Shopify Payments for their location.
The availability of a particular method may depend on the device, browser, customer's country, currency, the payment service provider's assessment, and Shopify Payments settings. The list shown at checkout immediately before payment is authoritative.
Card data is processed by Shopify Payments or the relevant payment service provider. We may hold or cancel an order if payment is not approved or a security check indicates increased risk.
R1 invoice
If you need an R1 invoice, select the appropriate option before confirming your order and enter the correct full name, address and OIB of the business entity, along with any other requested information. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information entered.
To correct R1 information, contact us without delay at info@hydralife.hr, preferably before the invoice is issued and the order is shipped. The ability to subsequently amend an already issued or fiscalized invoice depends on applicable accounting and tax rules.
Invoice data may be forwarded to our accounting service, the eRačuni platform or another accounting/fiscalization system, and to competent authorities, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Personalized products
For personalization, you are responsible for the accuracy of the text, names, design, file and other specifications you provide. We may begin production after your information and payment are confirmed. If a proof was provided for approval before production, we will manufacture the product according to the approved proof.
There is no right of withdrawal due to a change of mind for goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized. This does not affect your rights in the event of a defect, damage, or deviation from the confirmed specification.
You warrant that you have the right to use the text, mark, photo or other content you provide for personalization, and that such content does not infringe the rights of others or violate the law. We may refuse content that is unlawful, offensive, or that infringes the rights of third parties.
Delivery
We deliver to addresses in Croatia and Slovenia. The estimated lead time for in-stock products is 2–4 business days, unless stated otherwise with the product or at checkout. Lead times are estimates and may be extended due to personalization, increased order volume, holidays, force majeure, or courier circumstances.
Details are set out in the Shipping Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Cancellation, returns and complaints
You may request to cancel your order until it has been fulfilled or handed over to the courier. Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to statutory exceptions, including clearly personalized goods.

Product conformity and statutory rights
We are liable for the conformity of the goods and material defects to the extent prescribed by applicable law. If a product does not conform to the contract, contact us at info@hydralife.hr with your order number and a description of the problem. Depending on the circumstances and legal requirements, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a proportionate price reduction, or termination of the contract with a refund.
A commercial guarantee, if any, is stated with the product or in the accompanying documentation and does not affect the consumer's statutory rights.
Customer account and permitted use
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account access details and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You may not use the store for unlawful activities, disrupt its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system, or abuse promotional benefits.
We may restrict access or cancel an order in the event of fraud, abuse, breach of these Terms, or a legal obligation, while respecting the customer's mandatory rights.
Intellectual property
The store's content, including texts, design, graphics, photographs, videos, logos and marks, is protected by the intellectual property rights of Hydra Life d.o.o., Les Artistes Paris, or the relevant rights holders. Copying, commercial use, or distribution is not permitted without prior authorization, except as permitted by law.
Liability
We do not exclude any liability that may not be excluded or limited under law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, interruptions, or delays arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This provision does not affect mandatory consumer rights.
Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy and Cookie Policy. The store is hosted on the Shopify platform, which processes certain data necessary to provide, secure and improve the service.
Written complaints and dispute resolution
You can send a written complaint to info@hydralife.hr or to Hydra Life d.o.o., Horvaćanska cesta 77, 10000 Zagreb. We will respond within 15 days of receipt.
We will try to resolve any dispute amicably. If a dispute is not resolved through a written complaint, the consumer may initiate proceedings before one of the competent bodies for alternative resolution of consumer disputes in the Republic of Croatia, or exercise other rights available to them under applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another country, for example Slovenia, you retain the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your own country that cannot be excluded by contract. Jurisdiction is determined in accordance with applicable consumer protection and court jurisdiction rules.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms due to changes in regulations, technology or our business. The version available at the time an order is placed applies to that order, unless the law requires otherwise.
